School Information

Welcome to the All Saints Primary School website. This site is designed to provide information to children and families of the school, but also to those of you that do not know us and would like to find out more about what our school is all about.

We are a one form entry primary school that prides itself in how well we support our children and families. We:

  • are committed to ensuring that our children are robustly safeguarded;
  • encourage our children to have high aspirations;
  • inspire them to love learning through a creative curriculum;
  • provide the opportunities for every child to reach their full potential.

As a Church of England Voluntary Controlled school, we are committed to enabling our children to become responsible and compassionate citizens both in school (and in the wider community) through the teachings of the church.

Our latest OFSTED Report July 2018 says that All Saints continues to be “A Good school” where:

“Parents typically spoke of how happy their children are in school. They are
pleased with the progress that their children make and feel that they could not have
chosen a better school for their child.”

“Pupils are polite, confident and well mannered. The positive relationships fostered
within the school contribute to pupils’ positive behaviour and attitude towards
learning.”

“The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school
since the last inspection. Your passion for learning shines through. Staff and
governors share your commitment to the pupils and the local community. Pupils
strive to live up to your high expectations: ‘to value knowledge, to value each other
and to value themselves’.”

Please look around the site and learn more about what we do. Should you wish to contact us please do so by phoning 0161 510 8000 and speaking to a member of the office staff who will direct you to correct person.

What to do if you are unhappy with us – Our Complaints procedure

There will be times when you have concerns about an incident that may have happened in school.

In the first instance, please contact the class teacher. Should the need arise then the Headteacher (0161 510 8000) or headteacher@allsaints.stockport.sch.uk) will listen to your concerns and investigate them. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, please contact Lindsay Yates, our Chair of Governors (lindsay.yates@allsaints.stockport.sch.uk) who will respond to your concerns.

Any complaints will be responded to within 10 working days of receipt.

In the unlikely event that you are still dissatisfied with the way in which your complaint has been dealt with, then the Schools’ Management team at the Town Hall (0161 217 6028) is available for help and advice.

We take the concerns of every parent extremely seriously and make every attempt to ensure that no parent feels that their view has not been heard and appropriate action taken.

All Saints’ Breakfast and After School Clubs

 We run a FREE Breakfast Club for the children from 8.00am to 8.30 (Children must arrive before 8.15am in order to be served)

We also operate an OFSTED approved After School Club for the convenience of parents. It is run by school staff all of whom know the children well and provide a variety of exciting activities – many of which have been chosen by the children.

The gives busy parents flexibility as they are able to leave their children at very short notice and pay varying rates dependent upon requirements secure in the knowledge that they are happy and well cared for.
